Many businesses only trade and transport small loads of dangerous goods, in Limited Quantities or below the small load threshold.
A common misconception is that moving in small quantities removes the need for driver training. However, Chapter 1.3 of the ADR requires all participants in the transport of dangerous goods to be trained, and while a full ADR license isn't required drivers still require ADR awareness training.
